As Dokumar Tissue Engineering Regenerative Cell Drug Research Production Marketing and Consulting Trade Inc. Transfer of Personal Data: Your personal data transmitted to us for the above purposes may be transferred to relevant authorities without a disclosure obligation and without your explicit consent if requested within the framework of Article 28 of the Law. Apart from this, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to public institutions specified in the laws (such as Ministries, judicial authorities, law enforcement agencies) within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law if requested in cases clearly stated in the laws.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislation on the protection of Personal Data, especially Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Regulation No. 30224 on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data, Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and the Code of Obligations No. 6098, as well as Board decisions, national and international agreements, and periods mandated by other legislation, and in any case, as long as the purposes and reasons for processing personal data specified in this Disclosure Text do not cease to exist (e.g., records related to the sales contract must be kept for 10 years in accordance with the relevant articles of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098).
Your personal data will be destroyed as of the date the data processing purpose and legal reason cease to exist.
6. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods specified in the Data Subject Application Form published on www.soulqin.com, by filling out the form or with another document containing your mandatory information written in the application form, in writing, or via registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an e-mail address previously notified to the Company by the relevant person and registered in the Company's system, in a verifiable manner, the Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
In this context, personal data owners have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, to request information if personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transactionmade within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, and to demand compensation for damages if personal data is processed unlawfully.
The Company ensures that the provisions of the legislation will apply in case of a change in the current legislation and any inconsistency between this Disclosure Text and the said change, and reserves the right to update in line with the changes that may be made in the current legislation or developments that may occur in personal data processing activities.
